The Matrot Mobilcord height selective herbicide applicator uses a rope type wick. The wick is supported on a boom which the height of which is accurately controlled by two adjustable wheels. The wick is propelled around by an electric motor. The wick is immersed in a bath of herbicide as it is propelled around. Squeeze roller are set to ensure exactly the right amount of herbicide remains in the wick at all times.
The Mobilcord is available in 2 working widths 6mtr and 9mtr.
